Dr. Jindal was awarded a PhD in reproductive physiology from the University of Toronto in 1995. Upon completing her training, she was recruited to the US to begin her career in human IVF.


Over the past two decades, Dr. Jindal has brought her expertise in embryology to laboratories all across the country. She holds national certification as a High Complexity Lab Director (HCLD) and is certified in the state of NY as a director of tissue banking, andrology, chemistry and point of care testing. For the past fifteen years, Dr. Jindal has been on the faculty at Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx NY, where she is an associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health.

Deeply committed to academic medicine and clinical research, Dr. Jindal teaches embryology and its clinical applications to students, residents, and fellows who are training to become fertility specialists. She has published over forty peer-reviewed articles and is regularly invited to speak at national and international scientific conferences. Dr. Jindal is on the Executive Board of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART) and the Society for Reproductive Biologists and Technologists (SRBT), both affiliate societies within The American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

Dr. Jindal is an eminently qualified and experienced scientist whose career reflects leadership in reproductive medicine and health. She is passionate about ensuring that clinical labs operate at the highest possible standards to provide patients the best possible outcomes.
