After earning a bachelor’s degree in political science from Temple University, Allison began her career in fertility as a patient services coordinator at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York. She soon moved into the role of oocyte donation coordinator, in which she guided women who were donating their eggs through the entire process.

Inspired by her experience in the fertility field, Allison decided to return to school for nursing. While completing her pre-requisite courses, she continued as an in vitro fertilization coordinator at RMA’s Manhattan and Brooklyn offices before entering New York University full-time. There, she earned her bachelor’s of science degree in nursing.

Allison’s passion for fertility health continues here, where she’s excited to work as part of an enthusiastic, compassionate team of doctors and nurses!
